Aquacoils systems are built to deliver top-tier performance in North America, and they're backed by warranty coverage that reflects that: 3 years on parts and 7 years on the compressor.
To keep your coverage active, register your warranty within 180 days of receiving your equipment and submit photos of the completed installation.
Making a claim. Before starting a warranty claim, reach out to our technical support team. They'll help diagnose the issue and confirm whether a covered replacement part is needed. Once approved, replacement parts are typically shipped on a priority basis so your system is back up and running quickly.
What isn't covered. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation. That includes, without limitation, freeze damage caused by insufficient antifreeze protection and damage caused by improper outdoor siting of the unit. Coverage is limited to the equipment itself and does not extend to any consequential damage to property arising from a system failure.
