Radiant Floor Manifold with Flow Meters, Stainless Steel | Aquacoils
The Aquacoils stainless steel manifold splits one supply and return into individually controlled heating loops. Flow meters on the supply bar let the installer balance every loop in GPM. Ball valves with temperature gauges, automatic air vents, drain valves, mounting brackets and PEX adapters are all included. Available in 3, 6, 8 and 12 loops.

Built to US dimensions, not converted from European ones
Most radiant manifolds sold in the United States are built for the European market and quietly leave the installer with a problem. The threads are BSP, so nothing seals against a US fitting. The flow meters are scaled in litres per minute, so balancing means arithmetic on a job site. The loop adapters are sized for 16 mm tubing, not 1/2 in. PEX.
Aquacoils manifolds are specified to US dimensions: 1 in. NPT female mains, flow meters printed in GPM, and euro-cone adapters sized for US 1/2 in. PEX — included in the box, not sold separately.
Why the flow meters matter
Loops in a real house are never the same length. Without flow meters you cannot see how much water is going down each one, and the short loops steal flow from the long ones. That is how a back bedroom stays cold while the rest of the floor runs warm. The meters on the supply bar read GPM per loop, so the system is balanced once at commissioning and then left alone.
What is in the box
- 304 stainless steel supply and return bars with flow meters
- Ball valves with integral temperature gauges
- Automatic air vents and drain valves
- Mounting brackets and hardware
- Euro-cone PEX adapters for every loop
Thermal actuators are not included. The valve inserts take a standard M30 × 1.5 actuator.
Choosing a loop count
Count the zones you want to control separately, then check the area. A loop of 1/2 in. PEX is normally run up to about 300 ft, which covers roughly 250 to 300 sq ft of floor. A 2,000 sq ft house with a radiant main level typically lands between 6 and 10 loops. If you are not certain, send us the floor plan and our engineers will lay out the loops at no charge.
If you are cooling as well as heating
Fan coil zones running chilled water in summer will condense on an uninsulated manifold in humid air. Insulate the manifold or mount it in a cabinet. Radiant floor loops should carry heating water only — chilled water in a floor slab will condense on the floor itself.
